I just got a JDM b16a from a 88-91 civic/crx. Im swapping it in my car which is a 1997 civic ex. I know i have to convert it to OBD0 from 0BD2. and convert the transmission to a cable tranny from a hydraulic. and an SI driver side mount for the EK. can anyone tell me where to get this stuff pretty cheap and maybe anything else i need or correct me if im wrong? thanks.

 

why do you have to convert it to obd2?
why do u want to convert the tranny?

honastly i'de check ebay for stock parts but i only buy mounts new

 

You have to convert all of that crap to put a EF (88-91) motor in a EK (96-00) right? Oh i think I said it backwards.. i have to convert it from OBD2-OBD0, convert the trans from a hydraulic to a cable.

 

the engine is OBD0 and the car is OBD2

but if you get the stock computer and wiring harness then you can just use that
