over here in NC ... every where i went they claim taht labor will cost between 25% to 75% of how much ever the parts were ... so ... i might like that up there

 

i live in NC too, and I say get a hondaswap manual and a cherry picker and do it yourself with mechanically-inclined friends...

it's cheaper that way.

 

hey i just joind and i was seeing ur post there is a guy on k20a.org that has done the k20a2 convert into his ek hatchy check his out but he redone his whole car but u can see for the parts etc. http://www.k20a.org/forum/showthread.php?t=17175

 

Keep in mind though, he used all brand new parts, and he did the install himself didnt he? ( i read it a while ago but i cant remeber if he did the install himslef or not) so the figures will only give you a ruff idea.......but it can be done
