$3000.00 and counting.....
some may remember that i posted a thread titled "i've got about 1000.00" to upgrade a b16a engine swap into my '88 hatch underestimated that by a long shot, replacing oem parts alone took 800.00. stage two n/a another 1200.00. cyn-r-g segmented billet flywheel by rps performance another 400.00+..... and now i found a 3"long crack in the intake manifold. is the stock intake worth welding closed or skip all the b.s. and just go with a new one? another ?. has anybody had any experience with crane cams? reason is , i checked their web site and for the cams i have it states that they like the stock ecu, and no real reason to change it. is this accurate? or would i get a notoicable increase with an aftermarket ecu?
well time to start i finaly got all the parts together, even found another hatch so ill be in no rush. picked up an '91 si 1.6l with some body damage in the vfront, but, the interior is complete and sweet, sun roof, nice little ride
