For turbo setups, GSR cams in b16/b18 heads are the best choice.

Yes, but cheaper to get GSR cams you know. They work good already. As long as its not B16A cams, then your good. hehe

they have some more duration, but the big difference is the overlap, which isnt good for turbo apps, so it makes adjustable cam gears a must. but the extra lift can help with a turbo setup, if you can get rid of some of the overlap. and thats easier if you only use the exhaust cam.

could you use a GSR cam for the intake and a type-r for the exhaust?
