cleaning fuel injectors

i was just curious to know, when cleaning fuel injectors manually, is it difficult to access, would u have to take the whole head off??? how does this procedure work?

The only thing you should have to pull is the Fuel Rail. Its fairly straight forward, just a couple nuts
