Default D15B7 VALVE ADJUSTMENT

I have followed the steps from the manual to adjust the valves, but it does not offer much help. It is very easy to understand the procedure for Cylinder 1 and 3 but the other ones.. I was not sure …
Does anybody have an easier way to adjust the valves? Any easier Procedure ?
SOHC 16 Valves from my 95 DX Auto
Thanks folks.

i never follow the manual for adjusting valves, im just to lazy to do that. i just make sure the valves that i am adjusting are fully decompressed. in other words make sure the cam lobes on the valves you are adjusting are facing away from the rocker arm.
