do you have any motor building experience? if so you could start by buying a b18c1 block and a b16 head and a tranny and put it all together and probably could get everyting up and running for 800 bucks if you piece the motor together

search hard enough and you can find one.

i run across front clips in NC once in a while for under a grand. sometimes way less than that.

 

im hoping just to find a complete engine.. somewhereclose...and cheap
