i did a tune up, plugs r ok, engine idles perfectly... but still bad fuel economy....so then i took it to the agent plugged the diagnostic tool & did a checkup....

The guy who did the checkup said the Fuel Injectors are open (when idling) for 3.4 to 3.5ms and it should be around 2.6 to 2.8.... is this normal ???
(Civic 2000 Ex - D15Z4 Engine)
