Default engine dampners?

i never really met anyone that used them, and i want my engine getting a little more support when im boosting it besides the oem 120k mounts... would those cheapy ebay engine dampners be as good as a name brand one? its just a shock and a rod, cant be to hard to make i would think.

and can you really tell a difference with one? do they actually keep the engine a little more stiff

yes they do keep the engine tied down when your shifting, I think they are a good idea. I dont know if the ebay ones are worse or the same as name brand, Id get the ebay ones, if it does break its not going to screw anythintg up

The worst part about it is you don't know if the E-bay part is a hidden gem or a POS. i don't think it could be too bad considering the quality of some of their strut bars and air intakes (minus filter)
