Can anyone give me a link to a write up of a d series to B series engine swap? I really wanna learn about this and if its somethin i should consider. Thanks all.

Man the only thing i can find is K20 swap into and Ek.

 

this may not be at all what your asking for, but there is a full b swap guide on a cd on ebay 5 bucks. sorry thats the best i can do

 

if you have a ex and buy a engine from the same era as yours(obd1/obd2) then it is all bol in. Use Integra axles and the ecu that comes with the swap.

 

I have a DX with an OBD2 ECU. Which year/model Teggy, and would i need a ECU conversion harness?

 

get a 96-00 B16/B18C, get the ecu that runs that engine(P30 or P72), do everything you would for a mini-me, buy 99/00 axles and that is about it. You can buy 99/00 civic si mounts and have everything. I'd go with a H22 though

 

You mean you wouldn't swap the whole engine, you'd only swap the head? (and water pump, timing belt, etc.)


And do you mean 99/00 integra axles or Civic axles?

 

no, if you swap the whole engine you still need to modify your wiring harness for VTEC

94+ integra axles (or 99-00 Si axles)

also, b-series shift linkage

 

You mean soldering/splicing and whatnot, or just getting a conversion harness? Because wouldnt the B series ECU already come VTEC-equipped, which means you should be able to get a conversion harness for it?
