looking for some engine internals upgrading ideas

does anybody have some suggestions on the cheapest way to squeeze some horses out of the engine and keeping it N/A?

im guessing its a Z6? What mods have you done thus far? I/H/E is a good starting point, if you passed that you could cam it and throw in some high compression pistons, then work on letting it breath better.

so far i've installed a c/a intake and aDC sport header...what is a low priced but decent cam i could get to improve hp? and how much would it improve?

hears a thread to build a decent n/a d16z6 and it doesnt cost that much, just mostly finding oem parts
