Which motor do you recommend?

I am looking for a little more powder to the car and checked on them this engine:

D16Z6
B15B2
D15Z3

The engine sitting in now is D15B7. What would you recommend?

D16z6. 125hp and around 100ft*lbs of torque and decent potential for a SOHC.
