ive seen dynos showing good gains with web cams too. upwards of 15 hp if i remember right. they said (in a mag) that it was the highest theyd seen on a SOHC.

 

If you're not going to replace your head, or valvetrain, get a stage 1 cam. It will work perfect with stock applications and you will gain about 12-15 HP, even more with intake, exhaust, etc... There are many brands to chose from so do a bit of home work.

so if i have a sohc d15 with a d16z6 head id want to buy a d16z6 camshaft of course right? i only have intake header and exhaust and cam gear what would happen if i put a stage 2 camshaft in?
