no the alternator pulley is not an after market part. i would like to go to that with it.

i try to find one that size but i cant find one anywhere of that size.
any input to find one?

maybe a 295k4 belt will work.

i didnt think they made a 295ka belt? if they do i tried auto zone and advance auto.

that solves one problem of mine.
now the power issue im haveing. when i turn the key on i dont get anything

i think i when i took the terminals off the alternator it started to spark.
i forgot to take the positive terminal off the battery.

to me that sounds like a fuse somewhere probably blew.
are you sure none of the big under the hood fuses are blown?
