bad tires, or wheels out of balance most likely.

well brand new tires and rims. You think i prolly just need a tire rotation or a camber kit would probably be the best solution

Try getting the tires balanced. If that isn't it, then I would take it to a reputable shop and get the alignment checked. Don't just go to Big O or Discount Tire, or any place like that. They use the three bar alignment, which only does toe adjustments accurately, not camber or caster. It is probably just wheel balance though, remember, under 60 it is usually tread separation, over 60 wheel balance. Let me know how it goes.

If their brand new they shouldn't need to be rotated...So i'm guessing you car is lowered? There is a lot of possible reasons....most are listed above...you could also have a bent rim from a pot hole, bad tire wear (since it sounds like you lowed the car) maybe a ply seperation in the sidewall...how many miles do you think you have on the wheels and tires?
