Well if thats the case i think i might as well learn then. It might just be a good investment in the end. Think i will start with mi Si . Its been acting weird lately when i get on the pedal its lag alittle then shoot forward. I changed the whole ingnition system and changed the fuel filter. Ehh idk. Well can someone piont me the right direction on where i can get the tools i need to work on my car and my brothers for a deal(like 500 or less would be nice)?

For my car i want to change the intake manafold and the throttle body. Its not the stock one on it.

Hey, that's what we're here for!! You might want to check out sears, home depot, and hardware stores for the tools. I'd go with Craftsman if I were going to buy new tools, $500 is way more than enough to get a good ratchet set, just make sure it's metric

Get an edelbrock intake manifold and make sure you don't get a throttle body that is too big because you would lose a lot of power that way. You probably don't even need an aftermarket i/m unless you have a p&p and a set of cams. You will also shift all of yourpower to the higher rpmsmeaning your low end is gonna suck probably. After i/h/e you n/a build will start to get complicated fast. I would say do some research and find what intake you want (modified stock, cai, sri, aem v2, ebay"whale *****"... list goes on with those and opinions very a lot.) header I would say either SMSP or bisimoto if he makes them for b series, I don't know if he does or not, then for exhaust that is also gonna have to be left to your opinion. I like the apexi gt spec, greddy evo2, and magnaflow catbacks.) After i/h/e you could rebuild your engine with titanium valve springs and retainers, stage 2 or 3 cam, high comp pistons, bored/stroked if you want, port and polished head, lightweight eagle rods. I think a b16 is capable of around 190whp-200whp on a great tune and build N/A.

Boost is cheaper. N/A is exspensive but you get a great powerband.
