I have a d16y8 with a CAI, header, and custom exhaust. Im getting new Comp stage 2 cam with springs soon. Someone told me that is to strong for my car? Is it and if it is, how? Im also getting a skunk 2 IM after the cam and springs. How would a stage 2 cam be dangerous for my car if I have the springs?

 

as long as you have springs and retainers, then youll be fine. though upping your compression will help a big cam breath even better and make a lot more power. big cams LOVE really high compression.
