i was talking to one of the mechanics at the dealer i work at. he told me that irradium spark plugs will give your car more power. now im guessing its not going to be knoticable but how much if any do you think they will give?

I dont think it will really be that noticible really, but your mileage would increase by a very little tad bit.

 

I don't think you would notice any mileage or power improvement. You will probably get some, but it won't be enough to be noticable.

 

Something more noticeable would be your throttle response.

Yeah, way under. Like 1, and that's if your current plugs are trash.

I have read that if you turn the electrode toward the intake valves (or something in there) that it'll give you +1Hp. Sac, help me out here.

 

actually, im thinking my next set of plugs will be some 20 sumpthing bucks a piece NGK Laser Rs or some crap like that. but the real reason i like them is that they are good for about 100k, and are a good plug anyway. i dont know, im going to do more research on them first. but yeah, the hp gains will be minimal. but response should be better, esp with some new fat engine ground wires.
