going to try and run 300 hp on my 00 si b16a2 and i was told this would not be good to run on stock internals what upgrades should i do to handle the turbo

you could hit 300hp on stock internals and a good tune with a b16. if anything you need to get rods. theyre the weak link in the SiR.

how come you only want to go to 300hp? if you are throwing rods/pistons in there you could up the boost/ tune and probably easily get 375 to the wheels depending on clutch/shafts etc
