Default Ulitmately I know I need to do an engine swap...

however, that's long long term lol, being a college student causes that unfortunately. Anyways, I bought my 97 Honda Civic Ex, 144k, and it already had a full body kit, had been lowered, cold air intake and a new muffler.
Ok, so this is my plan and I'd like you all to tell me if it's crap or if i should tweak it a little bit or whatever lol:
1.) cat back exhaust
2.) the intake is off brand i believe so should I change the piping and filter or just the filter or leave it as is? I was planning on just chaning the filter
3.) It's not lowered enough for my tasting so I plan on swapping out whatever springs are in there now with Skunk or Tein lowering springs: 1.5-2 inches.
4.) anything else before the engine swap that I could do?
Thanks so much for your help everyone

thank you bro,
now I can add some other items to my list before the swap...which is nice cause i know once i decide to do the engine swap I won't be able to do anything to her for a while cause i'll be saving a crap load haha
I plan on swapping my engine with a d16z6 or an LSVTEC
