Valve adjustment?

How do I adjust my valves on a b16a2? Any advice would hepl. Thanx

What would be the intake and exhaust clearance, and tourqe specs on the lock nuts for my b16a2?
Does .015-.017 sound right?Do the intake or exhuast differ? Does 15lbs sound right for lock nut?
