I think what is being said is the wire boot broke apart & part of it is on the plug. Which means he needs a new wire or set.
I would recommend that di-electric silicone be put in each boot so that issues doesn't happen again

The car is pretty old and probably hasn't had the spark plugs changed since it came out of the production line. I would guess the boot broke off the wire. Should i just try to remove it? or just get a proper socket to squeeze between it? I dont think the spark plug would get pass it then...

If a part broke off, that wire will be missing a piece at the end and look different from the others. In that case you will need to extract the broken part first, there's no way to work around it.

Figured it out, it was the boot off the wire plug, just plugged in the wire and it pulled out. Able to change the spark plugs but was a pain to get it out or the engine and the deep socket since it was so old :P
