went to the car wash, ordered my b16 (my first swap ), now im waiting till i can open her up and get some work done

 

Saturday I washed and waxed. I used Meguiars Gold Class wax. Great stuff. I had gone down to Meguiars in Orange county for their wash & wax seminar. And got some of the clay.
That stuff I also great. I need to get more of it.
I have 2 gallons of the official Honda antifreeze. I need to drain/flush and put that in.
That gold class wax lasts, and causes the water to bead up and run off like no other.

I was getting tired of looking at my rusted hood. and finally received my new oem hood. IT LOOKS GREAT!!! i was installing it, then i realized that i had to remove the front rubber gasket, it has 18 clips in it thats very hard to remove. So i just ordered new ones. I have to wait until they get here now... hey! maybe i'll make a DIY post about installing a hood... hmm... i'll holla later when my parts come.. tune in at a later time to check out my DIY hood installation, PEACE!

 

i connected the code scanner and found the problem so i went to autozone and bought the $90 part puttin it on 2morrow . and i think i will stink it up with the chronic smell.

 

filled it up with premium, changed oil, picked up some EK side skirts, ordered some taillights.

 

Installed new hood. the old one had a big rust spot. im so fresh and so clean now. Forgot to take pics for the DIY hood install, oopsie daisy!

 

Got my oil and transmission fluid changed, im too lazy to do it myself haha, and put my license plate back on my front bumper... stupid CHP gave me a ticket for having it in my window

 

i finished cleaning my engine bay up, looks alot better than before...

 

Finally paid it off !

 

I installed an Alpine Head Unit. It has iPod/ iPhone capability, a USB port, and an auxiliary outlet. It's really cool.
