Default 1998 Civic Front End Squeak

My front passenger side squeaks when I press down on that corner (video attached) - The steering seems to be 'off' a little (hard to explain)

Any ideas of what needs to be replaced?

It could be the top shock bushing. After time they dry out and can squeak. Add some lubricant to it from the top of the shock tower under the hood. Be sure to use an oil that is safe on rubber, isn't petroleum based. When I did mine it took several weeks for the noise to go away. You may as well do the other side too.

it could also be your sway bar bushings or your control arm bushings.
