Default Reasonable miles for an 03 Civic

Hi I'm looking into a civic that looks real clean from the outside. I'm in NY so rust is generally a problem when buying a car but as long as the frame seems good and rust isn't bad would a 2003 xl, new tires and radio be worth 2500 if it has 205000 miles already?

there are way to many variables to answer that question with a yes or no answer but i can say a properly maintained engine would last well over 300,000 miles i strongly suggests you have an honest mechanic check it out. these cars have head gaskit and outomatic transmission issues that effect some but not all 7th generation civic. also general maintenance on certain parts will need to be addressed like timing belt, water pump, belts suspension will most likely be shot like struts, bushings, wheel barerings etc etc. like i said have it checked.side note the timing belt was due at 190,000 miles if it wasn't replaced and it fails it will destroy the engine. it runs $300-$500 to have replaced.
