Default 1998 Honda Civic SRS issues

The SRS light has been on for about 3 years. The codes are as follows:
01-5-short to ground driver’s airbag
02-1-open or increased resistance passenger airbag
02-5-short to ground passenger airbag

i was told these are about the most vague codes I could have. I have tried the following:
Replace the driver’s seatbelt receiver (used but that’s all I could find)
Cleaned all grounds for the vehicle
Attempted to clean all SRS connectors other than passenger airbag by unplugging and plugging them back in (since I don’t have a set of terminal cleaning tools)

Have been told by someone who resets SRS modules that those codes don’t indicate a bad module. Was also told it could be the clock spring but since my car is an EX coupe I’m looking at nearly $400 and I don’t know why the clock spring would affect the passenger airbag. Any thought or ideas would be appreciated. If someone could point me in the direction of a detailed wiring diagram of the SRS system that would be greatly appreciated as well. Thank you.
