My car is the same as Frech88's. It is 2006 that I recently bought used.
For some reason there is no auxiliary jack (for ipod). I didn't realize it was an option on the 2006 DXG.
Or is it? Was mine just not installed? Is it possible to have it installed?

Also, I'd rather have the Alloy rims that come on the LX. Any idea where I might be able to purchase them?

Welcome! My Stella is now 6mos. and11,000mi old. I know I'm not contributing much by saying i have not had a single issue with the car yet, with the possible exception of a new engine vibration around 1800rpm at low speed. Doesn't seem like much, but enough that I'm staying aware of it.

I had a small shock recently, I saw a car just like ours, except the grill was slightly different. An Acura! I just remembered this and looked at Acura Canada, and there it was, the CSX. Leather seats, paddle shifters (drool).

Gas milage has been consistent, 32 city, 40 interstate. I did a long trip recently, from upstate NY to Pittsburgh, including a long stretch of dreadful weather and heavy truck traffic. Stable as rails in the wind, rain, and truck turbulence, plenty of passing power when I needed it (and I have found you get quicker response if you shift down to d3 manually, the ease that it clicks down is I'm sure intentional). My wife and I were in the car for stretches as long as 3 1/2 hrs, no back pain or excessive fatigue. While in Pittsburgh, I rode in my father-in-law's Acura RL, a quieter interior, but I did not think a lot quieter.

I'm always looking for rust prevention advice, the main reason I got rid of the old Accord was that darn rot in the wheel wells. I'd like this car to last as long (or longer).

Thanks for the feedback. So far so good but i noticed that digital speedometer is very inaccurate.I can be driving at walking speed and yet it registers 30km/h prompting people behind me to horn at my car especially along residential streets at 40k/h!!Secondly,at 35k/h it downshifts and it feels the engine breaking is initiated(like when you drive a manual car) Grrrrr!I have to press the gas pedal thus using more gas when i am at 35k/h.
Any comments anyone?

BTW.Happy new year guys!
