4K RPM's and sputters
I have a 2002 Honda Civic EX when I hit 4K RPM's in 1st-4th gear haven't got the RPM's up high enough in 5th gear it feels like it hits the rev-limiter. Then I have to turn off my car and back on while Im still driving and it clears it out and then I can drive regularly. What could be the cause of this? And also sometimes I can shift gears with out engaging my clutch... is that ok?
