so heres the deal i have a pretty much stock 95 ex that my sisters had since 99,i just bought a xenon body kit from one of my co-workers,front,back and sideskirts,(great deal) only problem is that his civic was an 01' but i still bought it, but now im not too sure if its worth kuttin and shavin because i dont want to risk messing it up, anyone ever been in a similar situation?! should i just sell it to som1 wit an 01 or return it..help!! pics below VV

seems like a lot of work for something will probably not look good.

it's completely different. First of all, the 01 Civic has an upper grille. 92-95 Civics do not. Leave the stock bumper on and never take it off, please.

@croninc EXACTLY...the only reason i bought the kit is b/c it was a great deal but thats what i thought too so im just going to end up selling it or giving it back,and Trust yeah i know what you mean about the grille, its do-able but im not gonna waste time and money ,i might just get a lip and call it a day.

I would sell it on craigslist or something.

Like you already know, it's possible to modify the body kit to fit, but it'll be a lot of custom work and will take forever.

My vote is a Mugen-style front lip, EK side skirts, and a Type-R style rear lip.

+1 with reapers post. Will look good. And wont look as cheap/horrible as a body kit. Clean and simple is the way to go.

And check out some 95Si taillights. Would look much bettter than the ones you got. =)

Dump it, and if you still feel like haveing a kit on your car, buy the right year.
