Well one thing...are you running your defrost all the time? I would assume so considering the time of year. As far as I know the defrost triggers the a/c, which would have an effect on milage and power. This was painfully obvious in my dodge neon (especially since the a/c system was not working well) you could feel a very noticable difference when driving with and without the defrost. I dont know how a/c effects the honda as mine isnt equipped with it.

I get ~330miles on a tank and each fill is ~10 gallons.

 

My AC doesn't seem to make much difference. I have like the slowest possible '00 Civic (auto, AC, non-VTEC, roofrack), and it still pulls hills at highway speeds without a problem.

If you're having trouble maintaining the speed limit over flat ground, with a 4th gen or newer, something is wrong with your Civic.

 

My car seeeems plenty fast to me
the hightest ive gotten is 380 and thats when i granpa it , if im crazy on it 330-350
i also do ALOT of hour drives though so that probly helps

i get 300+ on a tank and dude its a civic vtec will not make it fast but enjoy the gas mileage and every time you see a gas station smile as you drive by

 

Better gas mileage > Top Speed

I drive in style and cheaply.

(Other than the fact that the car note is expensive. LOL)
