Will 91 civic si interior fit into a 89? I swear i read somewhere that the 89 was a bit diffrent and some parts didnt swap. Maybe im imagining it, but i cant find any information regarding the subject. Any help guys?

 

the 88 and most of the 89 had seat belts mounted right behind the b pillar where as some 89 and all the 90 91 had door mounted seat belts. So the door panels would be different as well as some of the rear plastic pieces. There is a write up on honda tech converting door mounted seat belts though.
