I have never heard of Bondo fixing exhaust leaks. Bondo is a plastic body filler, i would think that it would melt at exhaust temperatures. The best thing to do with rusted bolts is to spray them with lots of WD-40 and don't use too much pressure. Try to turn it, let it go then try and turn it again until it comes. If you break it, i would think that you could drill the hole out and install a bolt and nut in its place.

If your gonna buy a catback, go with a brand name and a high quality exhaust. Don't waste your time and money with an Ebay special. EBay is good, but don't buy the generic crap from the since you get what you pay for. As for that exhaust, i don't really know but i was just point out a general rule.

i wouldnt mind buying a stainless steel exhaust, but i am not into all that loud gokart sounding garbage, so basically i want to keep it quiet, or near quiet atleast.
Please suggest some brands or auctions.

not much over $200 if possible also.

thanks.
