Default getting eg cvic

Hi guys whats up I'm gonna be getting a civic. It is a 95 coupe rolling chassis (Its a little rough, not bad). It has a short shifter, 3" exhaust, gsr wheels, kyb coilovers, and some other stuff. Its coming with a b16 block that just needs a head and tranny. (its comin with oil pan, cams, flywheel, etc). This for 800-1000. And the person Im buying it from is going to help me get it all together. Really all it needs is b16 axles, tranny, and head to be ready to go. What do you guys think deal or no deal. (final price will be around 2k for an eg coupe with a nice b16 swap) Then turbo!

Yeah I just came across a full b16 (40k miles) swap ready to drop for 1300, so I'm going with that and keeping the other parts for parts If I need 'em.
