Default going quiet...

ok i want to do some engine modding but i dont want to go all gawdy and ****, with AEM exhaust and such...so i have planned a few things that would give me the benies of modding but without the notice...IE sleeper...
ok i was thinking about getting a CAI, doing engine grounding...maybe doing high compresion, getting 2.5" piping with test pipe, also getting a chambered high-flow muffler, like something from magnaflow....with a 2.5 entrance, 2.5-3 exit...and by going chambered i will be quiet...w00t...also i was going to go new ignition, such as MSD or something, also i was going to do a P&P, and get a new intake mani with new throttle body...oh yeah and i was looking at 4-1 headers, for a better mid-high gain....
so anyway this is my basis for a N/A engine that would remain somewhat hidden and would be a little better than a stock engine of similar size, or one with basic bolt-ons...give me any extra info or ideas on doing what i want to do....

I dunno how an MSD ignition will do anything for a stock engine. Your stock ignition system is good enough to provide adaquate spark. Also, the multiple sparks that an MSD ignition provides are only good for like 4k RPM and after that the MSD can no longer provide multiple sparks since the strokes are occuring so quickly.

i wouldnt really expect anything out of ignition at this stage...its more or less just to get everything happening a little cleaner...
