Good Deal?

There is a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid for sale in my area and it needs a new clutch and flywheel. Is it worth $700 that they want for it?

Yes, they say that they only have a couple more months to pay on it, and she just doesn't want to put any more money into the car. The Honda mechanic says that it needs a clutch plate and flywheel. She says it has a hard time speeding up.
