yup, I have a 92Si hatchback and its got discs on all 4 wheels.

the 4 door EX with ABS also had 4 wheel disc. It was an option for the 2 door with ABS too.

Some of thedel sol's also came with rear discs which can be swapped out for drums on your 92-95 all you need is si ebrake cables. and also the gsr integra 94-01 had rear brakes too which can be swapped out.
