ok when i installed my new stainless steel headers lastnight, i forgot to wipe off my fingerprints before test drivin my civic. anyone know how i can remove them now? my car drive beautifully!!!!

wat happened was after i drove my car, the heat made my prints not be able to come off by just wiping it off like i was suppose to before i drove it and now they won't come off... how can i take it off? my friend said use paint thinner...

So you bought two headers?
maybe replace the one with finger prints, with the spare one you bought, and dont forget to whipe them off this time...
since yours only has one header right?

not sure.. but isint paint thinner flamable? be careful on what you put on it if you try to fix it..

well yeah my friend said to wait til the header is completely cold and apply a tiny bit of paint thinner on a rag and rub it off... then to wait til the thinner dries completely.
