What are you looking for, 2 door, 4 door, hatch or trunk? 5 speed or automatic?

Do you want all power accessories or are you ok with some manual stuff?

Whats your driving style? Fast and the Furious, or point A to B with great gas mileage?

These are some simple questions that will help us make some suggestions.

My personal choice would be a 99-00 Si or an EG coupe with a GSR engine swap. I don't really care for hatch backs.

From the way i read it i think he is in the UK, where B16's are plentiful in Civic's and they don't have Si's,

My Suggestion would be a 92-95 Vti Hatch, has a 1.6 DOHC engine with aproximately 160hp, should fly pretty good. that should be pretty good for being 18, i know your insurance system is crazy there
