How can I tell Model of my Civic

I have a 2000 Hatchback brought from Japan, it has a 1300cc but I can not tell which model or actual year it is. I need this information so I can order parts correctly. I was told that Japanese model differ from US model. Can someone educate me.

The best way to order parts from a dealer is to use the VIN on your vehicle. I don't know it holds true when you import a vehicle.
