ive got my first civic :D
humm theres so much you could do to it..what do you want to go for, speed or style?...i would start off buy getting a CD Deck first off, then some lowing springs and wheels/tires, then mabey intake/exhust/header, mabey a little lip kit..theres so much
I would go with strut braces. They are fairly inexpensive and will help with the handling. I would also consider a full coilover suspension system. It should give you a lot better handling and will allow you to lower the car, but it isn't gonna be cheap.
go with the 17's. gunmetal or silver rims will look good. dont get a crappy suspension because it will ride horrible. you get what you pay for. tokico illumnas with h&r springs is a good setup or you could go more with coilovers ( tein basic ), or just go with lowering springs. depending on what your budget is and what you want.
