Its not a bad deal but its not a great deal either. Figure shipping is going to be at least another $500. When you do a swap lots of stuff adds up FAST thou. Youll want a new clutch, resurfaced flywheel, new T belt and water pump, and might as well bolt up an intake manifold while the motor is out.......the TPS sensors usually get smacked up during shipping too.

 

how much hp does that engine have, around 220? For a 98 civic ex will that fit well without much modifications?

 

try like 140 ish. Only gaining 20-30 hp. The real treat is the extra torque.
