Here's the best place I have seen to get them. Quite a selection. They're pricey, but they look better than eBay knockoffs and aren't ghetto like the knockoffs. You gotta pay if you want authentic ones like these.

It's metal, powdercoated black. It's a really quality license plate frame. I hate those cheap plastic ones.
