I took out all the A/C components to install a performance radiator that required the room. (which will be in next week) But someone told me that taking the A/C out adds a couple extra Horses and was wondering if that was true.

 

Yes, as opposed to running the ac compressor at medium to full speed. But not much gain as opposed to it not running at all.

You would achieve almost exactly the same effect by just having the A/C turned off with the fan still running.
