as with all 7gen power lock issues, its probably a bad actuator

The actuator itself is fairly cheap less than 10 bucks, but I've heard its a pain to DIY and havn't really found a DIY for the 7th gen. They say its usually easier to replace the whole power lock module which runs around 50. I had my door open to see how hard it was to do this, and it looked a bit difficult to disconnect the rods and remove the unit, let alone put the new one in. I might just barter with the service guys(I know haha)at honda when I take my car in for the timing belt change. Luckily for me my problem is the passenger door so its slightly less of a nuissance.
