Hey guys. I'm looking for a civic that is mainly going to be a winter car for me so I just have a few questions. I'm not new to cars but kindof new to civics. I am looking for a 96-00 ex 5 speed coupe.

-For those of you who do drive it in the snow, with snow tires how is it?
-I would love to get one with under 100,000 miles but thats going to be tough so how long do these cars regularly run. I know there are alot of variables.
-Are there any common problems I should know about this specific generation.
-I race for fun in my mustang at the track nothing serious, just wondering what they normally run in the 1/4 if anyone knows. I would guess like high 16's.
-Do they respond well to bolt ons, intake/headers/exhaust/tune? I read the stickies but it doesn't have dyno proof to back up the claims.
-I love the 99-00 si cluster, so much better than the ex, is this a simple and direct swap?
-Mainly just want to know what to look for when looking for one?
