LS Vtec Vs. B16 Swap.

LS Vtec Vs. B16 Swap.
Okay so I had my mind set on doing a LS Swap for my dx, however little birdies have been dropping the B16 swap idea into my head.
What are some pros/cons of either swap? There was also talk of the Ls motor with the b16 head....
Any insight would be lovely!

yea dude its called the ls vtec...
i thought that the ls motor was non vtec. and if you put the b16 head on the ls block you get the ls vtec,
i have driven both an ls and an ls vtec,
i liked the vtec...thats pretty much the different. i think the ls has more torque then the b16...
but see this is where trust jumps in or reaper and corrects me because i am wrong ahaha
