i cant say because i only buy from people not dealerships i low ball. i gave 600$ for my 94 hatch and has nothing what so ever wrong with it. everything is in mint condition.

are they finacing the car or is the bank?
if they are not finacing then i would look around for something cheaper

but if you like it and can pay it get it.

You're right, dammit. Shoulda acted quicker, it had been on the market for 3 months (pretty long time IMO), didn't think it would be sold anytime soon.
