Default Problem with lower belts

Hi, new here looking to get an answer to a problem I am having, I just replaced the head gasket on my d16z6 engine on my 1995 civic, and that went smoothly, but now a day after I am having trouble with my lower belts, they are moving very very slowly and jolt a little on pattern, I put the engine crank in TDC before removing the timing belt, and did not move it, it will start up fine on a battery jumper but there is a loud noise and slow lower belts, any ideas?

I don't have a connection good enough for your 135 MB video. Your description sounds like the crank pulley is loose. If the engine runs the timing belt is OK. After changing the timing belt, the crank pulley bolt needs to be put in really tight or the pulley will come loose. Having it loosen while running is prone to chew up the hub of the pulley and the end of the crankshaft.
