it is on the drivers side rear quarter panel right along where it meets the trunk lid.

this is a tiny spot, but what is the best way to take care of this before it spreads?

thanks.

and can you go to any honda dealer and order a bottle of touch up paint for the color of my car, it is a teffata (spelling) white i need?

taffeta white, code NH-578!

you could also get a spray can of Duplicolor paint in the same color; sand, prime, sand, paint, clearcoat. Depends how much work you want to put into it, and how long you want it to last.

Use a dremel to sand the rust off if it's a tiny spot. That way, you'll have less to paint and it will be less noticable. good luck!

rust on a car is like cancer. If u dont get it off its going to come back all over. Try some coca cola........thatll get some off. If not then just use the dremel like said above, but then covoer that spot in bondo and sand it and prime and paint and it wont come back

You need to get all the rust off. (Coke isn't gonna cut it) Your best bet is to grind it off, and make sure it's down to clean metal. Rust is like cancer (as I've said in previous posts) and if you don't get it all out, then it'll be back.

After you remove all the rust, fill it with body filler if necessary, sand it, prime it, then paint it (color and clear).

man you did it again. You just repeated my exact post. The coke may work, we dont know how big of a rust spot this is. If its just a little coke may do it.

In case you don't realize, you said "Try some coca cola........thatll get some off." I said "Coke isn't gonna cut it".

Now if that seems like the exact same thing, I think you had better put your lips on your exhaust pipe with your engine running.
