but im thinking about pleading not guilty becuase on the sitation it says "other" for how he caught me speeding. and there is no way a civic is going 85 on a onramp

well like you could half way up it, then there is a sharp a*s turn so there is no way that i could be goin 85 maybe 65 tops. but the cop didn't have a radar or wasn't using the lines on the road or anything like that. he just happend to be at the red light.

what do you think i should tell the judge to help me not loose my license. becuase i really think i did learn my lesson on this one, cuz ever since on sunday with that ticket, i haven't went over the speed limit yet. so its starting to get to me, in a way. im just trying to keep my license more than anything right now.

Well my civic can do 85 on the onramps here in oregon and Im not boosted. But basically there is not much of a way to fight a ticket unless he screws up when is writing it

 

Dude...just be a man about it and accept your punishment, don't try to bull**** your way out of it. You wereretarded for going over 100 mph, weaving, etc on a crowdedhighwayand you know it. Just accept your punishment, you know you're guilty...

Step 1: Think of your friends. Any of their parents lawyers? If yes, ask them for help. A girl I know's dad helped me knick 500$ worth of ticket down to 300$ for free.

Step 2: If you don't have it, go to a thrift store, buy a nice shirt, tie, and slacks.

Step 3: If you got a free lawyer to help, do what he/she says, if not. Go to court, cleaned up and wearing your nice clothes. Smile at the judge and tell him it was a beginners mistake. There's a good chance you'll just get a deferred sentence, meaning you pay the fine and court fees, but the ticket doesn't go on your record unless you mess up again in a time he will set. Getting it deferred will save your *** from raised insurance later on.

Step 4: Buy a Escort Passport, and be alert when you drive.
